Returns
Returning goods of satisfactory quality
If an item purchased from our online shop is not right for you, contact us to request an exchange or withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
For a standard return, the item must remain in perfect condition: unused, undamaged, unchanged and complete with all included parts. Please include any existing labels and proof of purchase. Opening the packaging to inspect the item is not, by itself, a reason to refuse a return. Damage not caused by the buyer is handled separately in accordance with the law.
How to request a return
Email info@eichart.com or call +380955214201. Give your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange and the remedy you are requesting. For a defect, photographs can help us understand the issue more quickly.
We will provide shipping instructions and confirm the recipient details. A request made within the statutory time limit remains valid while you wait for our reply.
Return destination

Refunds and return shipping costs
When withdrawing from a distance contract, we refund payment without delay and no later than 30 days after notification of withdrawal. Where the law provides a shorter period for a particular claim, that shorter period applies. We agree the refund method with the buyer.
The seller reimburses expenses associated with a lawful withdrawal from a distance contract in accordance with Ukraine’s consumer protection law. Other exchanges are agreed separately without restricting the buyer’s statutory rights.
If an item is defective
Contact us if you receive a defective item, the wrong product or an incomplete order. We will review your request and provide the appropriate remedy under the law: repair, a price reduction, replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable legal grounds.
The 14-day rule for returning goods of satisfactory quality does not restrict statutory rights concerning defective goods. These terms apply to consumer purchases; corporate order terms are agreed in the contract with the company.
