These terms are a public offer to enter into a contract for the purchase of goods through the online shop. By placing an order and accepting the terms in the checkout form, the buyer agrees to this offer. The terms do not restrict rights granted by Ukrainian law.

Products, prices and orders

Each product page provides its description, included items, price and availability. Prices and payments are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Before you confirm the order, we show the final amount for goods after applicable discounts and the delivery terms. Applicable taxes are included in the product price; any separate delivery charge is indicated during checkout.

The buyer supplies accurate contact and delivery details and checks the order before confirming it. We then send an email with the order number, ordered items and a secure link to view the order. A later price change on the website does not change the amount of an existing order.

For international orders, we first agree delivery availability and cost. Payment becomes available after the final total is agreed. Corporate orders and invoices for sole proprietors and companies are arranged separately.

Payment and dispatch

Payment is available by bank transfer to the IBAN account. Recipient: ФОП Гончар Юлія Василівна; bank: UKRSIBBANK; IBAN: UA643510050000026003879093040. Include «оплата за товар» and your order number in the payment reference. The seller confirms receipt using the bank statement.

We dispatch within 1–5 days after full payment is confirmed. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination. If the security situation in Ukraine causes a delay, we contact the buyer and agree a revised date while preserving their statutory rights.

For delivery within Ukraine, the recipient pays the carrier’s charge. Delivery is free for orders of 5,000 ₴ or more before discounts; delivery charges do not count towards this threshold. International delivery uses a separately agreed rate. Full details appear on the Payment & Delivery page.

Exchanges, returns and enquiries

Consumer buyers may request a standard return or exchange within 14 days of receiving an order under the Returns page terms. Rights concerning defective goods and other statutory rights remain unaffected. Refund deadlines and procedures depend on the applicable legal grounds for the request.

Personal data and changes to these terms

We process the buyer’s data to fulfil the order under our Privacy Policy. Anonymous analytics is enabled only after separate consent and is not a condition of purchase.

Changes to this offer apply to new orders after publication and do not change previously agreed purchase terms. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Ukrainian law.
