Who processes your data

Data needed for an order

We process your name, phone number, email, delivery details, ordered items, order number, amount and statuses, company details for an invoice, and information you voluntarily provide in an enquiry or note. Technical request logs, including IP address and request time, may be retained for security and website operation.

We use this data to arrange and fulfil the contract, verify payment, deliver goods, send order updates, answer enquiries and meet legal obligations. Consent is used where it is the applicable basis for processing. We do not ask you to enter bank card details on the website; payment is available by bank transfer to an IBAN account.

Who receives data

We share only the data needed for the relevant task with Nova Poshta or Meest for delivery, Resend for emails and DigitalOcean for application hosting. For international shipments, services engaged by the carrier may also process data. Data is provided to other parties where required by law.

Hosting and email services may involve processing outside Ukraine. We use a European PostHog cloud project for behavioural analytics.

Cart, favourites and necessary storage

Your cart, favourites and privacy choices are stored in your browser. Necessary cookies support secure access to orders and admin sign-in. These mechanisms are needed for the corresponding features to work.

Analytics is your choice

Analytics is enabled only after separate consent. It helps us understand visits, traffic sources, product views and the journey from cart to purchase. We use a random visitor identifier and information about actions on the website.

We do not send names, phone numbers, emails, delivery addresses, gift-card messages or secret order links to PostHog. Session recording is disabled. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to purchase. You can change your choice through the privacy settings in the footer.

Storage and security

We keep order data for the time needed to fulfil orders, handle enquiries and meet legal and accounting obligations. Shop management is restricted to authorised users. We use HTTPS and backups. When data is no longer needed, we take applicable statutory retention and deletion requirements into account.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent or request deletion within the limits provided by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or stop processing required to fulfil a contract or legal obligations.

Send your request to info@eichart.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to you to protect your data. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.
