Payment

Pay by bank transfer to the sole proprietor’s account. Full payment is due after placing your order. We dispatch once receipt of payment has been confirmed.

Your exact total and payment reference appear on the order page and in your confirmation email. You can download an invoice from the order page. We also issue invoices to sole proprietors and companies using their agreed business details.

Dispatch time

We dispatch within 1–5 days after payment is confirmed. This covers preparing your order and handing it to the carrier; transit time depends on the delivery service and destination.

If the security situation in Ukraine causes a dispatch delay, we will contact you and agree a revised date. Such a delay does not remove your statutory rights.

Delivery within Ukraine

Nova Poshta and Meest deliver to branches and parcel lockers. Nova Poshta courier delivery is also available.

The recipient pays the carrier’s delivery charge separately from the payment for goods. Delivery within Ukraine is free for orders of 5,000 ₴ or more before discounts. Delivery charges do not count towards this threshold.

After dispatch, we will send you the shipment number to track your parcel.

International delivery

International delivery is available through Nova Poshta or Meest by arrangement. We first confirm availability and agree the shipping cost. You then receive the final total and a payment link. The 5,000 ₴ free-delivery threshold applies only within Ukraine.
